Prospective high school aged players, both Huskies teams will be participating in the RMU Showcase tournament the weekend of November 9 through the 11, giving players a chance to see both teams play in three games over the weekend. The tournament also includes an on ice evaluation for high school players, a short seminar, and a chance for each team in the tournament to discuss their program with prospective high school players. This will allow for an in depth look into the NIU Hockey program for players that may be considering hockey at the next level. Coaching staff from each team will also be on hand to answers any questions players may have. This is a great event for high school players that may be thinking about playing at a higher level and players are encouraged to attend any of the NIU games over the weekend to speak to coaches about the NIU Hockey program. Please email us at email@example.com you would like to schedule a meeting for that weekend.
